Connecting with consumers in unprecedented times
It was summer of 2020, and Americans were emerging from their quarantine cocoons with pent-up energy. Virgin Hotels had properties open in major cities across the country, and wanted to draw guests. Since travelers weren’t getting on airplanes, we had to find a way to entice consumers to take a staycation. We landed on this video campaign, urging people to "Let Virgin Hotels Help."
Our approach? Use this crazy situation to deliver escapist solutions to COVID problems, mixed with quite a bit of that cheeky humor. We targeted 4 different segments, from the luxe-loving single to the luxe-loving mom.
